K League was a developmental league which ran on Monday evenings, 5-6pm, at the Uni Ovals for two summer seasons. This league was first run as a 4 team league in Jan/Feb 2000, and this league reappeared in the summer of 2000/2001. Team numbers were small (4 a side) so you were guaranteed lots of playing time. K League typically ran over the summer months.
It looks like K League is now part of TasFDA history as it has been superseded by the Hobart Ultimate League.
