Minutes of the TUA Committee Meeting

1. League organisers manual (Stew/Tim)
Joe: ready to use for Spring League
2. Summer League - Final report + financials (Stew/Tim)
Shavawn: Stew still hasn’t given notice of expenses, will be written off if not received by mid-October
3. Trophies/Pennants (Jem)
Jem: too expensive for Two Hat
4. Winter Indoor League (Joe)
Joe: Finalising financials, but yet to receive invoice from Hobart College for court hire. Hobart College may still have our deposit from last year as well
5. Autumn League (Joe)
Joe: should have questionnaire results for next meeting
6. Spring League planning (Tim P)
Mike (for Tim): have preparations under control
7. Two-Hat VII (Jem)
Jem: will most likely be 5 teams. Joe to bring league whiteboard. We will have a liquor licence, and may need wet-area. Party location needs to be confirmed by Tim J and Felix (possibly Uni bar).
Media event Friday afternoon 7th Oct 1:30-2:30pm at North Hobart Oval with Hobart Lord Mayor.
