Tasmanian Ultimate Association (TUA) Annual General Meeting

17 March 2005, Shipwright’s Arms Hotel, Battery Point. Meeting opened 5:30pm.

Present: Stewart Wilde, Mike Baker, Ashleigh Martens, Joe Boyer, Jemery Day, Jeff Dunn, Shavawn Donoghue, Dave Cooke

1. Apologies: Tim Phillips, Tim Johnson

2. Confirmation of Minutes of AGM: Moved Shavawn, seconded Stew

3. Reports were tabled from the President, Treasurer, Auditor, and Committee.  Acceptance of first three reports moved Jemery, seconded Jeff.  Acceptance of Committee report moved Shavawn, seconded Jemery.

4. Election of Office bearers: Single nominations were received for each of the following positions: President – Jemery Day; Vice President – Tim Phillips; Treasurer – Shavawn Donoghue; Secretary – Mike Baker.  These positions were all declared to be filled.  The following nominations were received and accepted for general committee positions: Dave Cooke, Ashleigh Martens, Stew Wilde, Joe Boyer, and Tim Johnson.

5. Appointment of Auditor: Brian Patrick to continue as the TUA auditor.

6. Appointment of Public Officer: Jemery Day was reappointed as the public officer.

7. Determination of remuneration of servants of the TUA: All positions declared voluntary.
