League Organisers Manual Stew: Still reading Jeff’s notes 2. Come & Try sessions before Autumn league Shavawn: will use Wednesday night beginners training 3. Autumn League: venue + organiser Shavawn: 6:30pm till 8:30pm; fee structure to be same as previous league, except add $5 for cash. Joe: will organise 4. Summer League – how is it going? Stew: league going well, but appear to be losing numbers. Finals + BBQ going ahead at Cornelian Bay despite losing light 5. Next tournament Shavawn: 9th April, will be at Uni Oval; rego to open shortly 6. OSR grant Shavawn: $3500 deposited into TUA account. TUA to write UTas club a check to transfer money. 2 new kit bags bought; new disc order, scoreboards and tents for two-hat discussed 7. Strategic Plan – progress No report 8. Sponsorship Joe: potential league sponsor; Tim P also enquiring 9. Launceston/Burnie group Shavawn: LCC keen for us to come 10. AFDA coaching program Mike: have finished my accreditation requirements, awaiting response from Piers. Tim P to take over Tig-gers training to finish his hours. Ash and Shavawn to coach beginners training and Uni/Mixed Nats teams to finish hours. 11. TUC report Jeff: next TUC this weekend 12. AFDA business Shavawn: stepping down from committee; change to AFDA insurance 13. Two-Hat VII Jem: no business yet 14. Nats 2005 and Southern Regionals 2005 Mike: Tassie going to Nationals in Perth. TUA approves $300 under “junior development” to fund getting Ashley Button to Nationals Discussed possibility of hosting 2006 Southern Regionals 15. Mixed Nationals 2005 Shavawn: no news 16. NUFL Mike: NL3 in 2 weekends time (Sydney) 17. Women’s Development Shavawn: no news 18. Tas Uni report Shavawn: meeting of Uni committee in the next week 19.
