Tasmanian Ultimate Association (TUA) Annual General Meeting.

22 March 2003. Meeting held on the boat in the playground near
Sandown Park, Lower Sandy Bay. Meeting opened 7:49pm.

Present: Mike Baker, Felix Kennedy, Stew Wilde, Asher Gentle, 
Craig Mundy, Guy Roberts, Charlie Prevost, Shavawn Donoghue, 
Jemery Day, Joe Boyer, Catherine Reid, Kate Bull, Al Pinkard, 
Jeff Dunn, Duncan Gates, Meg Rimes, Tim Phillips (left early!).

1. Apologies: David Cooke

2. Confirmation of Minutes of IGM: Moved Joe, seconded Jeff.

3. Reports were tabled from the President, Treasurer and 
Auditor. Acceptance of all three reports moved Shavawn, 
seconded Stew.

4. Election of Office bearers: Single nominations were received 
for each of the following positions: President - Jemery Day; 
Vice President - Asher Gentle; Treasurer - Shavawn Donoghue; 
Secretary - Mike Baker. These positions were all declared to be 
filled. The following nominations were received and accepted 
for general committee positions: Jeff Dunn, David Cooke, Joe 
Boyer, Craig Mundy, Tim Phillips.

5. Appointment of auditor: Brian Patrick was appointed as the 
TUA auditor. Motion moved to pay Brian Patrick auditing fees of 
up to $250 for the 2004 TUA financial year, moved Jemery Day, 
seconded Mike Baker.

6. Jemery Day was reappointed as the public officer.

7. All other positions (apart from the auditor) within the TUA 
were declared to be honorary.
