Autumn/Winter League financial report - budget done by Madeleine - accepted 2. Spring League Craig has done well with teaching before league Field booked for 10 weeks from the 19th of January Possibility of a 'Learn to Play' type session on 12th January - one week before league starts Jemery to approach Asher & Kate to be summer league co-ordinators, with help from Joe Jeff - spring league going well, will make profit Jem/Jeff to give advice on division of duties for summer league? (Joe, Asher, Kate) Shavawn - social night after league next Monday night - suggestion to start rego/payments for summer league soon - Jeff - possibility of $15 early-bird fee - $5 late payment fee 3. Publicity & Promotion Jem - will change rego page for summer league soon - make announcement for summer league at league this/next Monday 4. Financial Guidelines for TUA Jem - has edited version of guidelines Shavawn - changes to deposits & committee approval of cheques (in meeting or not?) guidelines suggested Jem - move to accept modifications, All: seconded 5. Mixed Nats Shavawn - We did well! - Mixed Nats possibly in Newcastle in 2004 6. Two-Hat Jem - "It went bloody well" - budget done (approx $100 profit) - some Two-Hat V shirts left to sell - pleased with turn-out in the end - Option for someone else to run Two-Hat VI? 7. Womens Development Jem - positive comments from Madeleine concerning Mixed Nats team - worried we are only developing 'elite' women players Shavawn - Possibility of combined Nats team with either SA or ACT - need more grass-roots development - limit the competitiveness of lunchtime pick-up 8. Tas Uni report Shavawn - need recruitment during O-week next year / problem with timing of summer league - suggest playing a mini-hat tournament during March - Uni exec. To meet more often next year - Mike on committee (as secretary) Mike - Mike & Joe to do O-week stall O-week - Demo game 1-2 days after clubs & socs day - BBQ during game + beer (Joe?) - Scoreboard (Joe/Shavawn) 9.
