What is Juniors Ultimate?Ultimate, or Ultimate Frisbee, is a fast-paced team sport played with a frisbee. It is one of the fastest growing sports in the world. Many of the aspects of Ultimate make it ideal as a sport for young people. Ultimate is non-contact and very safe. The equipment is cheap, and you can start playing with a single $10 frisbee. Ultimate is most often played mixed, with boys and girls on the field at the same time. There are also no referees at any level of Ultimate. The sport relies on self-refereeing to resolve disputes on the field. For young players, this adds a social and moral aspect not found in other sports.
